Postage and Packing Charges - UK Customers
Postage cost for all UK parcels are worked out according to weight, we offer a choice of either 1st or 2nd class postage.
Postage for some of the lightweight and Flatter shaped gift items / gift certificates, if ordered on their own, will cost just £1.44/£1.11 if they can be sent as a large letter ( However there are some gift items, although they are small & lightweight, that just due to their shape cannot be sent as a large letter size package and so will have to be sent as a small parcel)
We find that most parcels containing bedding items will fall into either the 1kg or 1.5kg postage brackets - Parcels containing enough items to weigh 2kgs or over are usually too bulky to fit the small parcel size limitations, so need to go as a medium parcel,hence the price increase.

Overseas Delivery
We are not currently posting to overseas customers at the moment as recent customs changes have caused issues with delivery and potential additional customs charges. Sorry for any inconvenience
Dispatch
We aim to dispatch any order containing ready made /in stock items within 48hrs of receipt however orders received on Friday and over the weekend will be usually not be dispatched until Mondays.
Orders placed over Bank Holidays or during Christmas /New Year holidays will be posted on the next available day that the Post office/Courier is open.
Custom orders containing 'Design your Own' or personalised items will take longer - we aim to have orders completed within 14 days,but please allow longer during busier times ( Especially during Autumn and Winter/Christmas time)
If for any reason any item that you have purchased should be unavailable,then you will be contacted by us as soon as possible and you will be offered either a full refund for the item and any associated postage charges,or if there are similar items available in the shop you will be able to choose one of these instead.
