By making a purchase from Cavy Couture, you indicate you agree with my terms and conditions, detailed below.

Ordering
You can buy products from me online using your credit or debit card via Paypal (you do not need to have an account with Paypal to use their service) or by sending a cheque or Postal Order. Our payment service providers offer a secure purchasing environment online and handles all credit and debit card payments. When paying by Personal Cheque your order will not be dispatched until your payment has cleared. Certain products may vary slightly, resulting in apparent colour variations as seen in our website or promotional literature. Therefore, colours depicted should be used only as a guide.

Prices
 
The prices displayed on our website are in Great British pounds. The price payable for the goods you order is as set out on my web site at the time you place your order. I reserve the right to change the prices of the products at any time.
Delivery
Delivery times depend on the destination and the service selected. I will not be held liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. Please contact me if your goods do not arrive when expected and I will investigate.

General
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, but do not affect your statutory rights.
 
When placing an order with Cavy Couture, you are making an offer to purchase the goods contained within that order. I reserve the right to accept or decline that offer. I will not accept liability for any errors in the description of goods on the website, and can change those descriptions at any time. I will however do our utmost to correct any problems as soon as I become aware of them.
 
Cavy Couture can only be held liable for loss up to the cost of the product(s) purchased.
I will not be responsible for any losses resulting from your use, or your inability to use my website.
 
All copyright, design and intellectual property rights relating to our designs will remain the property of Cavy Couture.

Safety
Please note that whilst all products are produced to a high standard and of quality materials, Cavy Couture is not responsible for the safety of your pets. You should always supervise your pets with their toys, and if any damage is evident, please remove the item immediately.
